Yesterday my mom bought ice cream. The really good kind from Trader Joe’s, and COFFEE flavor to top that. But that’s not on my detox plan this week! Instead: bananas, strawberries, grapes and orange slices. Natural sweetness.

I know what you mean. I love ice cream, but it really does not love me. :) The fruit is a much better idea. :)
